Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: July 19, 2026

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and include original packaging when applicable. Some items may be final sale for hygiene, safety, or product-condition reasons when clearly stated.

To request a return, contact us before sending any item back. After the return is approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method when the item meets the return conditions.

Shipping fees, return shipping costs, and restocking limitations may apply unless the return is caused by our error or a damaged/incorrect item.
