How to replace your brush head:
- To remove: Place enclosed Quick Release tool on neck of toothbrush and press, then slide brush head off toothbrush.
- To replace: Lay new replacement brush head parallel to neck of toothbrush, then slide head toward handle until lock clicks into place. Check that brush head is firmly attached. Do not insert brush head at angle. Dentists recommend replacing your brush head every 3 months.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective items, transit damage (report within 72 hours with photos), or wrong items received. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Email support@onamar.com with your order number and photos to initiate a return.
