If you purchase an e-Gift Card with other items, your gift card will be emailed once your entire order ships. If purchasing your e-Gift Card alone, you will receive an email with the card and instructions for sending to your recipient of choice. Allow at least 30 minutes for processing.

- Valid online and in stores within the U.S. Restrictions apply. Gift Cards are currently only accepted for in store purchases at participating international locations.

- ALO gift cards with balances under $15 are redeemable for cash at California retail locations and elsewhere as required by law.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective items, transit damage (report within 72 hours with photos), or wrong items received. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Email support@onamar.com with your order number and photos to initiate a return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments with 256-bit SSL encryption.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday–Saturday). Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2–3 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is Level 1 PCI DSS certified — the highest level of payment security available. We never store your full card details on our servers.
